"WHAT?! 15 minutes before 10am?!"
Mornings don't always start as beautiful and graceful as you'd expect it to be. In fact, most times it's frantic and panicky when you only have 15 minutes before your outing. Worse yet is when you have no idea what to wear and fumbling trying to figure out an outfit. And in the midst of panicking, you also have to rush your make up and hair-do! And what about your friend who is waiting outside for you?! BOOM. Busy busy.
I usually plan my outfit the night before but of course, it's not always like that. Here are Elve's and my go-to look when running late.

1. Chambray Shirt Dress
Elve is wearing her favourite chambray shirt dress. It's a great go-to piece when running late as wearing it takes less than 10 seconds. Plus, you don't have to worry much about wrinkles! Wrinkles on Elve's shirt dress give some texture to the dress and thanks to that she looks like she just got up from a bed and yet looking effortlessly chic.
2. Monochrome
Everyone's wearing monochrome. In fact, the trend has never died. When no prints involved, the monochrome look is easy to pull off and pairing pieces can be a no-brainer. I usually have no problem with waking up slightly late since I have a lot of black and white pieces in my wardrobe and it has since been my go-to look when running late for dates, outings or meetings. Plus, the monochrome look makes you look instantly put together, so you'll be ready for whatever even for a sudden date/meeting!
