THE MINIMALIST

Rocking the minimal look

Three more months till Christmas and honestly the thought of celebrating it here in Kota Kinabalu after 4 years gets me excited! (I was away in Kuching for the past 4 Christmas!) It's never too early to be excited for Christmas *laughs*. I am also currently working on a mini project for the Christmas season so do look forward to it!

I recently attended the "Angry Indians" comedy show and I laughed so much my face almost fell off. It has been a while since I last attended a comedy show and all thanks goes to Faces of Kota Kinabalu for giving me the winning tickets!

Caught in photos is the outfit that I wore that day. Though I like and am open to trying out different fashion styles, I am a minimalist by nature. I love to keep my outfits minimal and basic when it comes to colours, cuts and accessories. Here I wore a white sleeveless turtleneck top, layered a white sleeveless v-neck over for a fun twist without losing its simplicity. I paired them with my black culottes and a pair of heels that I am currently in love with. (Surely you'd notice I fall in love over heels more than anything else)  My tip to look trendy -- when wearing minimal outfits, attempt to match it with a nice pair of shoes or heels that has clean designs. It will do wonders to complete that minimalist look.
I hope you're inspired. Love,

Elycia
